Valley View is a 200-plus-unit multifamily residential campus in New Jersey. I led the full interior design scope, from interior finishes to the sourcing and styling of furniture, lighting, art, and accessories, for both the indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and the model homes, with architecture by others.
The campus clubhouse carries the same conviction as the rest of my amenity work: residential common space should feel like hospitality, not a leasing checkbox. These are rooms people would choose to spend an evening in.
