Juni was a Michelin-starred fine-dining room in Manhattan, redesigned under Adam Tihany’s studio, a practice synonymous with the top tier of restaurant design.
As a designer on the project, I worked across the arc of the design process: concept and mood boards, design development, 3D visualization, and site execution. Tihany Design’s rigor around narrative-driven, chef-centered restaurant design remains a foundation of how I approach every F&B space.
