Within the Aoyama Building, two floors of tenant space were retrofit for Treehouse Aoyama, a members-based global community for leaders across trades. The program spans twelve spaces: an all-day restaurant and coffee shop, a meditation room, an event space, work and meeting rooms, and more, all designed to attract the world’s most talented companies through spaces that facilitate new working experiences centered on mindfulness and innovation.

I led and managed all FF&E scopes for Treehouse (and the Aoyama Building around it): one-of-a-kind custom furniture, custom building finishes, site visits and mock-up reviews, and weekly coordination with consultants and local Japanese teams.
